Club Cape Cod
Brunch with Butter Fish Molds, Crabcake Eggs Benedict & Farmers Market Breakfast Salad
Do you ever see someone and have a deep-rooted sense that you’re supposed to know them?
That is exactly how I felt when interior designer, Stephenie Watts, posted that she was about to host a retreat at her historic home, House on the Cape.
Stephenie and her husband Chase, own boutique rental homes around the country that are so incredibly intentional with design and incorporating vintage characteristics. I was drawn to their style years before via social media and couldn’t get enough of their beautifully aesthetic lifestyle that felt similar to my own.
When Watts started posting about this dreamy retreat close to my hometown, I decided to give it a chance to see if she would potentially hire me to cook for it. A few emails and an in-person tasting, and poof- I was hired for my dream gig!
Oysters, Champagne & Grazing Night!
Stephenie’s vision for this beautiful retreat came to life late June with curation through wonderful vendors such as Foraged Floral Co, who provided all of the flowers & tablescaping, Sparrow Lane Rentals- a local boutique rental company, Bump N’ Brine- an amazing husband/wife team that cultivates oysters and teaches shucking classes.
Guests had a full week of eating private chef meals from me, private antiquing shopping, sailing, beach picnics, and exploring all of the beauty Cape Cod has to offer. Watching the week unfold and being part of the guest experience is the best part of hospitality I dream of!
